The Bracken Road

I began writing poetry in college and during my time in the military. At a certain point, I realized I needed to compile a few pieces into a book of some type, so in 2022 I chose about 100 poems, thoughts, and song lyrics at random and published The Bracken Road, A Collection of Poems 2001-2021. I chose a 1937 photograph of my great-grandfather, Thomas Henry Easley, for the cover. Admittedly, these are middling works and I am no great poet; I just got to the point in life when I needed to put something out into the void. Thanks to all who have read the book and offered kind words. You can purchase The Bracken Road at one of the links on this webpage; the book is also carried locally in the Louisville, Kentucky area at Carmichael's Bookstore in Louisville and at Mickey’s in New Albany, Indiana.
